일본의 강렬한 땅기운을 제어해 주심
1 상제님께서 하루는 저녁 어스름 무렵이 다 되어 성도들을 데리고 태인(泰仁) 신방죽(神濠) 쇠부리깐에 가시니라.
2 상제님께서 한 성도에게 부를 그려 주시며 명하시기를 “불무간에서 불을 붙여다가 한 방향으로 사르라.” 하시거늘
3 그 성도가 명하신 대로 하였더니 상제님께서 “천기를 보라.” 하시니라.
4 이에 성도들이 하늘을 보니 산마루에 불빛이 반짝반짝하며 동쪽으로 돌아가거늘
5 상제님께서 큰 소리로 말씀하시기를 “신의 조화가 빠르긴 빠르도다!” 하시니라.
6 며칠 후에 상제님께서 “소식이 이렇게 둔해서야 쓰겠느냐.” 하시고 갑칠에게 명하시어 “전주 김병욱에게 가서 세상 소문을 들어 오라.” 하시므로
7 갑칠이 병욱의 집에 이르니 때마침 ‘일본 신호(神戶)에 큰 화재가 일어나서 피해가 많다.’ 하거늘
8 갑칠이 돌아와 그대로 아뢰니 말씀하시기를 “일본은 너무 강렬한 지기(地氣)가 모여 있어 그 민족성이 사납고 탐욕이 많으며 침략열이 강한지라
9 조선이 예로부터 그들의 침노(侵擄)를 받아 편한 날이 적었나니
10 그 지기를 뽑아 버려야 조선도 장차 편할 것이요 저희들도 또한 뒷날 안전을 누리리라.
11 그러므로 내가 그 지기를 뽑아 버리기 위해 전날 신방죽 공사를 본 것인데
12 신방죽과 어음(語音)이 같은 신호에서 화재가 일어난 것은 장래에 그 지기가 크게 뽑혀질 징조니라.” 하시니라.

일부 유출된 것은 사실이다. 그러나 '중대한'<grave> 일이지만 그렇게 심각한 수준은 아니다.

일본은 자주 발생하는 지진(earthquake/quake/tremor)때문에 비교적 '내진설계'<designed to withstand seismic event>가 잘 되어 있다.
그런데 1986년 체르노빌사건 때의 방사능 누출사고를 떠올리고 있고, 1981년 '수루가'원전에서 연료봉 파열<fuel rod rupture>로 300명의 작업인원이 사망하는 사건도 있었으며 2004년에는 '미하마-3'원전에서 스팀폭발로 5명이 사망하는 사건이 있었다. 히로시마, 나가사끼 원폭투하로 일본인은
핵에 매우 민감하고 또한 그만큼 '안전'에 대해서 총력을 기울여 온 나라다.
그런데 왜 이런 천재지변이?/해결책은?

자연의 용트림 앞에 인간이 이렇게 무력할 수가 있을까...아~모두가 '겸손'해져야...
▶ "후쿠시마 원전의 핵연료봉 냉각과 동경 전기회사의 전기공급 중단사태로 핵물질이 누출될 위험이 있는 것은 사실이다. 이치로 후지사끼
미국 주재 일본 대사.- 후쿠시마 현<perfecture>에는 '후쿠시마 다이니'와 '후쿠시마 다이이치'라는 두개의 원전이 가동되고 있다. 이 두 원전은
각각 별개로 가동되고 있다. 문제는 다이니 원전의 제1호기에서 냉각수의 온도가 섭씨 100도가 넘게 나타나서 다이이치 원전과 함께 '비상'체재'로
들어갔다.<압력은 정상수준보다 2.1배 상승>
물론 냉각수가 줄어들어 연료봉이 노출된다고 해서 곧바로 연료봉이 녹아내려 방출되는 것은 아니다. 한편 미세한 양이 방출되더라도 바다쪽으로
증발, 소멸되는 경우도 있다. 어쨋든 예비단계조치<a precaution step>를 발동하여 3km 반경에서 10km 반경이내의 주민들을 소개시켰다(evacuation).
지진으로 전원이 차단되면 자동으로 셧다운되어 내부압력이 높아져서 수증기가 폭발하는 현상이 나타날 수 있다...- (톰 코흐란, National Resouces)
- 원전가동중단으로 냉각수 부족으로 연료봉의 온도와 압력이 팽창한다고 핵반응이 동시에 나타나는 것은 아니다. (참 달라스, 조지아대 재난관리 교수)
- 온도가 내려갈 때도 상당한 시간이 걸린다. -. 지진이나 쓰나미가 원전 외부에 있는 원전의 냉각수를 조종하는 전기장치를 때렸다면 '비상발전기'를 즉시 가동시키면 된다.(IAEA)
- 두 발전소에서 두 개의 밸브를 열면 미량의 방사능물질<radioactive materials>이 새어 나올 수 있다.
그러나 온도가 섭씨 540도(화씨 1000도)까지 올라가면 코흐란이 말하는 바와같이 '원자로의 연료봉이 녹아내리는 위험한 상황이 될 수 있다.
따라서 문제는 냉각수를 작동하여 시급히 연료봉을 냉각시켜야 한다. 그렇지 않으면 이른바 수많은 사람이 암에 걸리는'대재앙'이 초래될 수 있다.
